We accept returns on all unused products, up to 14 days after the order has been placed. If the product has been used, even just once, we cannot accept the return.*
HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST:
1. Contact email@example.com with your order number and item you are looking to return. If you purchased more than one of the exact same item, please also include how many you are returning.
2. Review the details of your return for accuracy. Once you have started the return process, we will send you an updated invoice with the amount being refunded minus the cost of return shipping. If everything looks correct, reply to the email and we will send you a return shipping label
3. Download and print your shipping label. Please return your items in their original packaging. Secure the shipping label to the box, and drop it off at your nearest post office.
4. Return received and inspected. Once we have received and inspected your return package we will refund the amount back to your credit card. Refunds can only be issued to the card used at the time of purchase. If the item comes back broken because of careless packing you will be subjected to a 30% return fee, we will notify you if this happens with picture evidence. Please pack the return items with care!
5. Start shopping for your replacement!
UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES. ALL INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
* IF A RETURNED ITEM IS DEEMED USED UPON INSPECTION, IT IS IMMEDIATELY DESTROYED. THE USED ITEM CANNOT BE REPLACED, A REFUND CANNOT BE ISSUED, AND WE WILL TAKE ACTION TO PREVENT ANY FUTURE ORDERS.
* IF A RETURNED PRODUCT BREAKS WHILE IN TRANSIT BACK TO OUR FACILITY YOU WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A 30% RETURN BROKEN FEE. PLEASE PACKAGE THE ITEM WITH CARE BEFORE DROPPING IT OFF AT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE.

What will my package look like and how will it arrive?

Here at TrippyGlass, we understand the need for privacy and discretion. Everything we ship will be in plain cardboard boxes, nothing to mark glass pipes or smokeware. Our shipping labels do not say TrippyGlass, and we do everything we can to ensure our packages are discrete.
Our packages are shipped to you in standard shipping boxes (either a plain brown box or USPS priority mail box) Nowhere on the outside of the entire package will you see the words "TrippyGlass".
An adult signature may be required upon delivery. Our products are for people 18+, or 21+ (Depending on laws in your state) and we do not ship to minors!
However, "TrippyGlass" will appear on your credit card statement. We cannot change this, and we do apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.
TrippyGlass reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons. This is to prevent fraud and underage orders. Here at TrippyGlass, we are very serious about preventing illicit orders.
For any reason, if an order gets returned because of failure to sign your account will be banned. If for some reason you feel like we banned your account for a wrong reason please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
We cannot guarantee arrival dates or times. While we try our best to prevent any delays in the shipping process, orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances.

We ship from the USA!
We ship from our store in Tampa, FL. Occasionally, a few of our items ship directly from the glassblower (don't worry they are located in the US).
How much does shipping cost?

We offer free domestic shipping for all of our items and low-cost international shipping.
We do ship to PO boxes also via USPS.
We ship everywhere in the United States, as well as a handful of international countries. We ship to Australia, Canada, Columbia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Egypt, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Singapore, Thailand, and the United Kingdom!
When will I get my package?
Shipping Times and Shipping Speed
Please note that our shipping times do not include the processing time for packaging up and creating orders. Once your order is placed, our shipping team works hard to get that order packaged up and sent to you as soon as possible. If placed before 10 am EST, the majority of orders are shipped the same day! However, unforeseeable delays may occasionally occur, and processing times can take up to two business days. In cases of holidays, orders will be processed the following day an order is received, this could add between 2-3 days to the processing time. Don't worry, the increased processing time simply means our shippers need a little bit more time to carefully tend to each and every order. Orders will not be packaged on U.S Holidays and other times in which the postal services are closed. Shipping times do not guarantee package arrival dates.
Domestic packages are excepted to arrive within 3-5 business days after being processed.
All of our packages are shipped out via USPS unless the customer selects an alternative shipping method at checkout. Tracking labels are sent out via email once the package has been processed, packaged, and labeled for pick up by the postal service. If you haven't received a tracking label within 72 hours please contact email@example.com.
What happens if I receive a broken product?
Items Broken in shipping
All packages that are broken in shipping will be replaced with the same piece if available or equivalent piece that has been agreed upon between TrippyGlass and the customer. If Trippyglass and the customer can not agree upon an equivalent piece or the same piece is not available you will receive a refund to the credit card used at time of purchase. Broken packages must be photographed and documented before a return package will be sent out. Trippyglass must be informed of the break within two days of the customer receiving the package.
Please Note: For all packages damaged or broken in shipping, we will remedy this issue as soon as we possibly can. Please remain calm and polite throughout the replacement process, being angry about this uncontrollable situation will not speed up the process TrippyGlass has in place for this situation.
